Dr. Charles Noplis has become highly respected as a psychiatrist over his decade of work in the field. In 2008, he graduated with his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. In 2013, he officially became board certified in psychiatry. Since 2017, Dr. Noplis has been the CEO and President of Noplis Psychiatry.
